I originally bought this Rhodiola as a workout supplement and have been impressed by how it enhances my gym sessions. With Rhodiola, I’m able to complete more reps and sets compared to when I don’t take it. If I forget to take it, I notice a frustrating drop in my strength. The significant boost in my mood was surprising but very welcome. Taking Rhodiola first thing in the morning makes me feel more energetic, happier, and more productive.

This supplement may be higher in dose, but I did not experience further benefits over regular ones.

I've never tried other Rhodiola products, but this one specificaly does absolutely nothing.

Good quality, dosage, and effect. Works well for pushing through cognitive fatigue in a way similar to caffeine but a lot more subtle and “smoother”. Still the positive effects are still notable and worthwhile.
