Quality ingredients as labeled. Yellow color and i can smell the the herby smell. capsule size is medium, hoping for a small one in the future. as for the dosage, it's kinda too much for me so I only take one a day and always with a big meal. I tried taking it with a small one, my abdomen had some cramping. good thing it just went away with time. Benefits are slowly seen esp when my eyes blur after a meal due to insulin, but now berberine kinda makes my eyesight clear after eating. praying for my insulin resistance to heal with carnivore. no taste, just swallow whole.
