I was recommended this product to assist with sleep and inflammation. Honestly after 2 months of consistent use I have noticed absolutely no difference. If anything my sleep is worse and HR higher during by ave 4 points even though research says no change to HR. However I do know others using have noticed significant changes. Test out for yourself to get a true evaluation

It does help me get a little sleepy at night but it doesn’t keep me asleep.

I feel ingredients ok. But no difference between morning and evening use. I need to inquire more about timing.

not sure of the impact. Bought mainly for gout flare up. Didn't see much of an improvement over 2 weeks. Mind you I was at my gout peak flare up. Will continue & observe
