From time to time I have been prone to cramps in my legs and in my feet. A friend of mine recommended this supplement and since I have been trying other things I figure why not try. I still occasionally have the cramps, usually when getting up in the morning, but it seems they are occurring a lot less. That is an improvement! Though it is a large softgel tablet I can manage it alright since I don't do well with large chalky pills. I recommend this product.
