This is the best quality saffron extract that we have tried so far. The ingredients are simple and pure. The pills have an orange-yellow colour but no obvious taste. They seem to give a small but dependable boost to mood and energy. Dosage is two (regular sized) pills a day, but even one a day seems to provide a benefit.
