Flavor was good even when mixed with water. I mix it in my smoothie, which is even better. I haven't gotten sick yet, but it's not flu season so can't say much yet about improving immunity, but being slightly lactose intolerant, it's not bad. I have one scoop daily in my smoothie.
l think the colostrum with elderberries is unique for your immune system, but I don't like it that much because of the combination of monkfruit and stevia, it has an artificial aftertaste.

I absolutely love this colostrum powder. The elderberry flavor is wonderful; it's a fragrant berry flavor, but not as overpowering as strawberry or raspberry (which is even better). It tastes more like blueberry or a grape/berry mix. Because of the elderberry, this colostrum powder has a slightly firmer texture than other products, so it's not as smooth when you first start mixing. I'm very satisfied with this product and its taste, and I'd love to repurchase it, but it's quite expensive—I bought it on sale.

This product is amazing. Elderberry flavour is very nice, tastes very natural. I mix it into my kefir or yogurt and it turns it into a nice healthy treat. I wish it was more affordable, but I can see why this product is not cheap
