Tasty but tastes a bit like artificial sweeteners so check the ingredients. Took me ages to find out that there's no caffeine in this. Don't know why they don't put it on the label since it is matcha Green tea. Had to ask a different website seller. I think it's a nice addition if you have leaky gut but check to see if the sweetener and ingredients are okay because sometimes that's a trigger in itself.

This has been one of my repurchased items, I really love the taste of this and it helps me to go to the toilet every morning and it feels good. I don't feel bloated now when I have heavy foods too. The size is good for a month's portion. The ingredients are pure and safe to take.

Very good packaging, and good quality of the products, it lasts me for 1 month. The flavor of matcha green tea can be weird at the beginning, but I got used to it and it’s fine now. Although my favorite is still a berry flavor

Works pretty good for calming stomach down, taste ok, good price for couple doses a day worth.

I've tried two other flavours (peach banana and honey lemon) and they were too sweet to my taste. Matcha green tea is just subtly sweet, really pleasant. as for the effect - I notice less bloating and abdominal discomfort when taking these supplements.

Need to use for a longer time to understand if it makes any difference. However, taste is really good. I like that it melts well in water.
