Taking this makes me feel like I took a life force of nature. It is really anti inflammatory, but the taste is quite difficult to stomach. Even so, it is worth it.
This Organic Oil of Oregano by Nature's Craft is helpful with immune support. The liquid form is easy to take. The dose is 5 drops, so bottle will last a long while. It does have a strong oregano smell & taste. We added drops to a very small amount of water. The 2nd time my husband took it while he had a bit of sore throat, he said it stung a little so he drank more water & was fine. It has improved our head cold symptoms.
