Love, love love these. Great to have as a pick me up whenever you need electrolytes and were too silly to remember a water bottle. If they weren't so expensive I might eat them like candy.

I love that you can chew this. I am nit a big fan of electrolyte drinks because I only like to drink water to keep myself hydrated during training. But this is so easy, I chew them and drink water afterwards. The taste is a yummy orange flavor, not sweet at all plus the ingredient list is ok. Easy small size to put in your training bag.

Great taste, great for dehydration and electrolyte replacement. The size of the package is just right for travel. I took it with me on a 14-day trip, and I didn't have a single day of headaches. I combine tart orange and lemon lime, but I would also try mixed berry.

As a POTS patient. I have been searching for product to help me manage my pots and I came across this product, was hesitant to try it but am soooooo happy I did. This has helped me manage my pots while I am out and about and get into a POTS flare I pop one of these and some water and within 10-20min I am feeling so much better and can continue on with my outing.

Easier to travel with vs powder packets and I love that I can just chew them up and follow with water so my bottle doesn’t get residue (and so I can share my plain water with pets/baby). These honestly taste really good and I enjoy them like it’s a little candy

the tart orange is amazing, the flavour is delicious and it's tough not to munch a few down just because of the taste alone. but what makes me come back (repeat purchaser here) is the convenience and effect. skips the need for effervescents and the rest of the powdered stuff (which is easy to miss as it does involve a bit of effort and after long sessions it's a challenge to be bothered!) these skip the need for hassle and, again, taste incredible. recommended!

Pleasant taste that is not too salty. It’s good for on the go but I add it to a smaller tin can that fits in my purse. I don’t feel as well as when I have electrolytes in my drink so I may stick to that but these are good when I don’t feel well on the go
