This is better then any type of liquid IV. With it being a chewable, it’s instant hydration, and really good if you have POTs, or low salt content in your blood. Taste is actually very nice, almost like crystal light. Will be buying again!
Hydration always a plus. PSA: Make sure to drink at least some water after chewing though. Packaging is frustratingly bulkier than previous version. Biggest thing is it's way more expensive than used to be. Sad because taste is fine, doesn't use sugar as ingredient so that's plus. But jacking up prices not appreciated.
These are so tasty, I would eat them like candy if they weren't so expensive. I guess that is the only downside to these, is their price, but otherwise they are great. Great to have as a pick-me-up when you don't have water to pour electrolytes into. The peach flavor is my favorite, but I don't think iherb sells them.
Pretty decent quality, the taste is okay but it's VERY sour, making it hard to chew 2 and get them down. I like not necessarily needing to drink a bunch of liquid to get extra electrolytes, but I might try a different flavor in the future. The package is easy to open, store, and the amount is decent.
Just what I was looking for. I love to throw these in my bag for outdoor days and get hydration without having to carry heavy water bottles. Package is nicely sealed. Taste is lemon-y but a bit salty, hard to describe but definitely not the worst.
Great taste, great for dehydration and electrolyte replacement. The size of the package is just right for travel. I took it with me on a 14-day trip, and I didn't have a single day of headaches.
