It’s my first electrolyte purchase.. it tastes good and easier to take while training than the fizzy fluid mix tabs.. however I didn’t know it’s better to take electrolytes without suger added so that is something you should pay attention to

I have been unable to find the watermelon flavor that I like on iHerb so I decided to buy this berry version. The watermelon version has different packaging and has 60 tablets. And it tastes better, even with Stevia, which I can’t stand. This has a sour/tart taste and only has 50 tablets and has clunky packaging.
