My mom is sick , but this has helped mitigate the symptoms. Her digestion is much better and it seems high quality. I don't know much about the ingredients so no comment on those. Good price-product.

Yes its a little pricey but Dr. Axe creates excellent quality supplements and his probiotics are top notch. Most probiotics offer similar strands but forget to add the very important soil based organisms. This probiotic is an excellent find for those needing gut support.
