6 Essential Electrolytes, Daily Electrolyte Drink Mix, Lemonade, 10 Stickpacks, 0.13 oz (3.7 g) Each

I was dealing with some lingering dysautonomia after a bad virus and read that electrolyte supplements could help, so I decided to try these. They're great - taste good, seems to made with high-quality ingredients, and I definitely noticed an improvement in some of the fatigue and dizziness. I love that the packages are small and portable - easy to throw in my purse and whenever I feel like I need hydration that water alone wasn't providing. I went through the whole box in just a couple of days.

Great quality great ingredients great taste package good , good hydration for workout.

I try to drink electrolytes almost daily due to having an active job and drinking lots of water everyday. I did notice a huge difference in improving hangover symptoms as well. I don't love the taste because it is way too strong and a bit artificial tasting. I'm glad I didn't get the larger suze because I think I will keep trying to find one I enjoy once I finish these.

As a dietian I recommend this one as it does not have to much sodium in it and I good for getting electorlytes and minerals in a moderate way

Love this brand. Good ingredients and quality. I usually purchase the bigger size, but I got this package for travel. Great taste!

*"Refreshing lemon-flavored electrolytes that really work! The taste is light and zesty, not too sweet or artificial. Perfect for staying hydrated during workouts or busy days. The formula replenishes essential minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium without any added sugar. Great quality and easy to mix — I always keep a pack on hand!"*

I feel hydrated. I love the taste especially the lemon one. I drink it after a heavy workout or when I didn’t drink enough fluid. Great when training hard.

Quality is super! The ingredients are great! Size arranged! What you need! Performance is felt! the product arranged, perfectly packed, the effect is definitely there! I will order more! Just as quickly delivered

This is my saver during hot summer days or longer nature walks. It helps me with low blood pressure. I like that it has stevia and a grat mild taste.

Bought electrolyte drink mix for my sister, she says she been enjoying them and they have been good for hydration while she is at work and they taste good!
