This gummie is great tasting anf has the co factor vitamin c. No complaints about the taste. My teen took daily and his iron levels have increased. No stomach upset or GI discomfort. Would buy again

These gummies are awesome. Although very high in elemental iron (which I need, due to very low iron levels), the gummies are gentle and do not cause any constipation or GI upset. I take these on an empty stomach and wait another hour before eating anything else (for best absorption). The grape flavor is yummy and helps cover up the "iron" taste.
