I like nutricost brand in general. It is among the lower costing, good quality supplements . The quantity and price here at iherb for a reliable brand is a good deal. As I daily take a few different vitamins and supplements I'm not sure how much benefit I am receiving from these niacinamide capsules. But I do believe there is certainly at least some benefit or I wouldn't bother with them. They are easy to swallow, without any taste and all. If you are considering taking niacinamide I recommend you give these a try.
