It's really helpful remedy for Candida, I just don't like that you should take it 8 times per day, I don't really have that much time to do it so I take it once a day on a empty stomach. It benefits the gut health, there is a bitter taste, that is normal because there're plant extracts. The quality is as was discribed, I wish they could create a stronger formula so you can take it once or twice a day.
