The product itself is great, and I trust Nutricost for my wellness routine. It digests well and gives me that steady, clean morning energy. My only disappointment is the label formatting. I bought this thinking I was getting a 30-day supply of 500mg capsules. Because 500mg is the serving size for two capsules, I have to take 4 a day to hit my 1,000mg goal. This turned a 30-day supply into a 15-day supply real quick. It’s still a decent value, but factor the 4-capsule requirement into your monthly budget!

Nutricost is beginning to become the brand I buy most here on iherb. They are priced reasonably, and the products work. I take 250mg of NMN per day, and it has helped with low energy due to perimenopause. Everyone differs though, I started with 175mg and it was effective from day 3 or 4. I recommended to a friend suffering from even lower energy but it hasn't worked for her after a week.
This is high quality and great ingredients that really support my health and training at the gym.
