I’m not usually someone who takes the time to write reviews, but when a product truly works, I feel it’s worth sharing my experience. For quite a while, I struggled with relaxing and getting quality sleep. I tried many things—going to the gym, having a glass of wine, watching TV, reading, journaling—nothing really helped. After finding this product, I decided to give it a try since I’ve used other products from this brand with amazing results. While this brand isn’t the cheapest, it’s absolutely worth it. All I can say is that I’m very happy. I feel rested, I can finally relax, and I’m sleeping well again. If you’re on the fence, give it a try—you’ll likely be very glad you did. One thing to note: it does make me sleepy. The bottle suggests taking one capsule in the morning and one at night, but I skip the morning dose. I need to stay alert during the day—I have to make a living and go to that thing they call work!
