I've taken a lot of different brands of women's multivitamins, and I like these ones the best. They cover a lot of ground with what they include without being heavy or having to take a handful. You only have to take 3 a day, and they go down easily and don't have any aftertaste. While they are pricey, I feel like I'm getting a quality supplement and don't have to add a bunch of other vitamins to go with it.

These multivitamins are amazing, they don’t have have that weird after taste of vitamins.I don’t take the recommended amount of 6 capsules , I just take 3.I feel more energetic and I don’t fall sick frequently.You notice the difference when u stop taking these , I feel more lethargic and bloated .So I recommend this to anyone above the age of 35.
