I recommend this workout drink to people who are doing strength training! I'm glad it's caffeine-free!

This EAA has a very natural mango scent and tastes like juice! It's delicious despite not containing artificial sweeteners, and I appreciate that it doesn't have any strange aftertaste or chemical taste. It's not too sweet and has a refreshing taste, so you can easily drink it even during exercise. In particular, since you can take amino acids while replenishing fluids, it's great for supporting fatigue during weight training or walking. After drinking it, I felt that the feeling of dehydration was lessened, and I also felt less sluggish after exercise. The fact that it's free of artificial sweeteners means it's less heavy on the stomach and doesn't leave a lingering sweetness, making it easy to continue drinking every day. I think this EAA is very easy to use for people who prefer natural products or are concerned about additives.

I think it's delicious! However, it's quite strong when you add the prescribed amount, and I don't like the sticky feeling of BAA, so I dissolve half the amount in a lot of water and drink it. I feel good when I exercise while drinking it. I think it's also good for hydrating when you're out on a hot day. I recommend it more than Pocari Sweat.

When I workout outside and sweat a lot I make sure to drink electrolytes. Love that these also have some aminos. Taste is not great but bearable.

It's a shame that it's too sweet; I sweat a lot when I drink it during a hard workout.

It has a slightly stale taste, but otherwise it's good. The quality is certainly good.
