Pretty natural tasty and not so sweet. Looks organic to me. Felt a bit strong in my nails after use.
I did not think about using green herbs for calcium supplementation, but it is a good idea. And it is a good combination of herbs. I think it is also cleansing and calming as well. I don't know how much calcium is in it, but probably more mild than most supplements.
