This magnesium glycinate powder with cherry flavor is absolutely amazing! The taste is incredible—it’s like a little burst of cherry heaven. I love mixing it with plain Greek yogurt; it transforms into a fantastic dessert that feels indulgent yet healthy. It’s such a versatile product, and the flavor makes it a treat to look forward to every day. The only small downside is that it doesn’t come with a measuring scoop, which would be super convenient. But honestly, that’s just a minor issue compared to how much I love this product. Highly recommend!

I really like this magnesium powder. I tried a different brand but this one works best for not bothering stomach and sleep. I thought I preferred the blueberry flavor, but after trying both again, I prefer the cherry taste, it is quite sweet.

A tad bit too sweet, but other than that I have no issues with it whatsoever. I take it before sleep and my sleep is definitely better, deeper and I only wake up in the morning, no toilet breaks at night. Iherb is excellent as always, fast postage and secure packaging

This one gives 350 mg of Mg Glycinate per 1/2 tabsp. Please note that choosing the right magnesium (Mg) supplement is important because it is not the total amount of Mg Glycinate written on the front label that is important but how much the amount of elemental magnesium there is in it because only the elemental magnesium (Mg) gets absorbed into our body. I switched from Nutricost Mg Glycinate Powder to KAL because I read many commenters say they like this taste. However, here's the thing. I thought Nutricost Mg powder was sweet but this KAL powder turns out to be even sweeter! Personally, I can't say I like it. So I add it to my lemon water + acv and viola! I now have a lovely drink! Meantime, it has some positive effects on me like faster muscle recovery after exercise, much reduced eye twitching & better managed blood pressure. As such, despite its taste, I think the quality of this product is good.

Nice taste and seems to work great for a good sleep

I love the cherry flavor on this product and I like that there are very few ingredients and it is also non GMO. I have cerebral palsy and dystonia and have failed multiple medications except for baclofen and Botox. we recently also discovered I do not absorb my nutrition in a normal manner so this has been of great assistance and magnesium glycinate is what my naturopath recommended as it gets into muscle much more easily. per her recommendations I take a 2 part magnesium cocktail that consists of this powder plus another product specifically the natures plus animal parade kids magnesium chewables which are magnesium citrate based. this is also a high quality product that can be added to other things and it is not effervescent which makes it easier to control. for those who are not used to the taste of Stevia etc it might take a little getting used to but because I am so used to non sugar items to me this tastes awesome like a very good cherry juice type beverage and I look forward to it every night.

I was looking for something to help me relax before bed, and this magnesium powder did the trick. The cherry flavor is pleasant—not too artificial—and it mixes well with water. I’ve noticed I sleep more deeply and wake up less during the night. Definitely a keeper!
