Bitter-Sweet aftertaste, not great if you're picky and the mango flavouring tastes too artificial. However, it definitely gives a kick if you're an intermediate lifter looking for stronger pre workouts. Definitely felt better pumps, energy and endurance. For best experience, take it 45mins-1hour before your workout and drink at least 1.5 glasses of water as it may give some stomach discomfort if you don't hydrate properly.

I have tried them all. From the old Jack 3D to Excelsior (this one was too much :-)) to Flame and other DMHA/DMAA pre-workouts. This pre-workout is the one that gives me the best energy-good mood (superb mood elevation) and focus throughout my workout without jitty feelings and without any crash afterwards. Effect almost impossible to believe based on the label. This is now my only pre-workout.

tastes really good, and the effect is crazy. first off, this pre begins to kick in in like 10 minutes. then it just builds up from there.
