I take the dosage of 1/8 a teaspoon with my morning drink, and the size of the pot means the powder lasts about 4 months. The product's quality gives me the benefit of becoming calmer; even though I tend to be busy. Tastes negligible really, no strong or overly sweet flavors, mildly tastes like bread or biscuit.

I took before only mushroom lion's mane from this brand, it was ok, but this time with b12, I should have more energy with this amount of b12 but i didnt. also I got skin irritation, so I reduce the dose. also it doesnt come with scope. The taste is strange, but cant drink it with water, so better mix it in glass of water or take it with yogurt.

I got this for someone who takes it as a brain support nutrient. Easy to mix into some protein powder. Taste is fine.
