I add it to soups/borscht when I don't have the time or ingredients to cook the broth, but I want to add a richer taste and nutrition. It's more convenient to dissolve it in a small amount of warm water, and then pour it into a saucepan. The powder contains spices and salt, so you should consider this when cooking. Ziplock packaging. Disadvantages - expensive. But I want to believe in the natural composition and benefits.
