I started to take this Now food Omega 3 fish Oil based on recommendation of doctor. The taste of oil is little like fish and lemon but I love that there is no fish aftertaste or burb. I keep it in fridge. It has certificate regarding heavy metals which is super important and high level of EPA and DHA. By far the best product on the market.
