One of the best pre-workouts I have purchased recently. Great flavour as well.

I bought this as a pre-workout drink and take it on days when I want to feel energized, like on BIG3 days. Even half a serving gives me a powerful feeling (a clear sense of alertness and pump), but if I take it with nighttime training, it affects my sleep, so I try to take it earlier. It's very effective, but I don't think it's for everyone.

It's very easy to drink, and it gave me an incredible muscle pump! All the flavors are delicious, making it a pre-workout I can easily continue drinking.

Given that the product name includes "aggression," I was a little hesitant to use it at first, but it wasn't too intense and I was able to use it without any problems. It's the reliable Gaspari quality I expected, and I was able to handle heavy weights until the end of my workout.

I drink this 30 minutes before training. It makes my mind sharp. I also get a good pump. I can lift heavier weights and I don't run out of stamina. However, the caffeine is a bit strong, so drink it with caution.

I usually use their 'SPORT' product, but this one won me over because every serving is packed with so many ingredients—even some in gram dosages. It provides everything you need for a great pump, recovery, and sustained focus throughout the workout. I highly recommend it!

This pre-workout powder has a bold grape flavor and mixes well with cold water. The tub arrived sealed and the scoop was easy to find. I like using it before training days because the serving is simple to prepare. Good product for a workout routine.
