I took 2 soft gels per day (as the recommended dosage) in my 45-days postpartum period to relieve my blocked milk duct. It helps my breast milk flow more easily. With sunflower ingredient, it could be better than lecithin from soybean. The size of soft gel is quite big but easy to swallow. Good quality and benefit of this brand. It has no taste.
Started taking this twice a day as per the recommended dosage as a precaution to not get clogged ducts. Six weeks post partum, I exclusively pump around 8 times a day but sometimes I start my 3AM pumping session around 5AM already as I sleep through my alarm. Despite that, no clogged ducts yet!!! I think these play a huge part in that. Size wise, tablets are a bit larger vs the other legendairy supplements I take but there is no taste and is still very easy to take. Definitely worth it for the benefits!

Its good enough to help the clogs but i am not sure about the milk booster. I dont feel the difference with or without this my milk still same amount everytime i pump.
