Probiotics can be a hit or moss for me. I often don't feel or see a difference, but these are made specifically for women and their microflora. It helps your ph and balance as well as your gut health. It didn't bother my stomach at all and I have to say that my bloat has been so much less since taking these. This is definitely my new favorite probiotic.
I have been having this for a year. It is generally fine while I want more concentrated ones while traveling.

I bought this for my sister who is in her peri menopause phase and was having constant bouts of UTI. We did extensive research an found that it could be linked to the gut bacterial health. Additional her gynaecologist recommended her D Mannose and cranberry supplements to help with the right flora in her cervix. This supplement came as a super wonderful surprise and it helped my sister tremendously. Highly recommend it.

I have only taken this for a few weeks but I notice im feeling better already. It has 18 strains formulated for women, with a high CFU count to help restore the probiotics in your body. I cant wait to see how i feel in a couple months
