I picked up Swanson Men’s Daily Probiotic + Prebiotics FOS because I wanted something simple to support gut health. The fact that it has saw palmetto which reputedly benefits the prostate was a bonus because that meant I did not have to purchase another saw palmetto separately. After finishing the first bottle, I’d say it’s a solid, no‑nonsense probiotic that helps with bloating, but it’s not a miracle product.
