I've tried another brand previously that had a smell to it that was chemical-like ... NOT GOOD tbs. This could have been from them using a "solvent" that often leaves a residual chemical odor. This brand is powdery and I add it to my fruit salads, smoothies, salad dressings, etc. It functions as a nutritional benefit, but also as an emulsifier. Will definitely buy this "brand" again!!

It’s great that this lecithin made out of sunflower 🌻 and not soy. The flavour is very subtle and easily blend in the sauce or juice. I normally sprinkle one little scoop over my dish and it is ready to go. The size of the package is quite big, so it will last for quite a while

I was so happy to find this organic, quality lecithin powder! I had looked for a long time and and happy this one is now on the market. It's great to add to soups for a little boost. I always mix it with a spoonful of oil first before adding to the soup, but we have really gotten used to the taste and like it a lot. I find it pairs well with nutritional yeast in savory foods.
