The taste is superb, smells fresh and the package is sturdy. I also saw in the Fearn website, that the soy used is non gmo. This was a really good value for money.

The benefit I was wanting to get from this was a reduction in cholesterol since I heard it was helpful in this regard. The taste is OK. The dosage size is small, so this package lasts a LONG time. I've been using lecithin granules for decades but in the UK they're harder to find esp. since Brexit :-( so I was really pleased when I found them on iherb. My body doesn't break down saturated fats easily - which is why I'm using them. I mainly take them in smoothies with coconut oil or with granola and yogurt with flaxseed oil.

I was really surprised at how good it tastes! It's clearly very good quality and fresh. Bright yellow colour. Tastes creamy and almost sweet. You could add this to cereal or any number of other things. Or just eat it with a spoon as I do sometimes (when I take it with some of my supplements).

I recently did a DNA test that reported that I needed more choline so I thought I would try Lecithin. I don't like the fact that it isn't non GMO or organic, the reason for the 4 stars, but I have noticed an all over softness in my skin. Not sure if its helping in ways others report but Im happy with skin softness for sure.

This product is top notch. Great quality, no fillers and the the dosage is perfect for me. The taste is not unpleasant and I can really feel the benefits!
