I'm not sure why people say it has great taste, it's doesn't, it's like a acid vitamin c without any sugar. But this electrolyte powder is the cleanest product I could find that would not intervene with a clean fast and contain enough potassium to cover for the lack of ingestion while fasting. It is not "pure" because ingredient list "natural lemon juice powder, natural coconut water powder, natural flavors" but this probably has a impact in minutes, now hours if any. The quantity is a little overkill since I'll be using 2 scoop per fast, twice a month so this will last forever. Great product if you want a true 0 calorie electrolyte powder.
