This mini tablet is doing what it says it can do with triple action that’s effective & best of all, it’s easy to swallow. U can see from the picture it’s smaller than the 2.5ml med spoon. We’ve tried many other joint supplements & this works best for me & my husband.. Thank you for making it available on iHerbs.
Bio flex was great when I first started using it, no pain, great flexibility and I was walking better than previously. But like most things they stopped working. It may work well for some long term but for me, I wouldn’t recommend it for long term.
Osteo Bi-Flex is the best, I have arthritis in both my knees. the pain got so bad I had to use a cane to walk. at night when it's cold I have a very hard time trying to get out of bed and walk. I have to use 2 canes at night to walk. after I started taking Osteo Bi-Flex it was a miracle!!! the first night after taking a pill the third time I had to get up I realized I wasn't using ANY cane!! I couldn't believe I was walking on my own. I didn't need a cane or using the walls to get to the bathroom I was so amazed at how fast it works. I've been on Osteo Bi-Flex for 2 months now and I can walk by myself again, I don't need a cane to help me walk. I highly recommend Osteo Bi-flex , it worked for me.
Just started to try, so I don't know how it will be useful
I've been using this supplement for a while now, and it helps with the occasional pain in my joints. What I love most is the size of the pill...so easy to swallow, unlike most other joint health supplements.
I hope that this bi-flex is helping with my bone health.

I have been taking this brand for a while now. I absolutely love that this is small I can easily swallow. I have had great success in wellness and how I feel since I started using this Osteo Bi-flex for me the benefits have been amazing. I do find the capsules are stronger. The ingredient's are helpful for me being a women who was having a lot of joint pain, I thought was from aging and working out but I was wrong I was deficient in minerals. I have 0 pain now so I am happy with the improvement of my health. I would recommend this product , and I will continue to use this brand for sure.
I originally purchased **Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health Ease – Advanced Triple Action (Mini Tablets)** for myself, but I ended up trying it with my **Chow / Golden Retriever mix**, who has hip dysplasia and was starting to slow down noticeably. Within about a week, I saw a real improvement. My dog seemed more comfortable getting up, walking, and moving around, and there was less stiffness after resting. The smaller tablets were also easy to manage compared to larger joint supplements. Interestingly, I also took it myself and noticed improvement in my own joint comfort, especially with general stiffness. Overall, this supplement worked well for both of us. It helped improve mobility and comfort, and I would definitely purchase it again.
I’ve been taking these for ever and always come back to them when I have knee pain and I swear it realy does help me to relieve it.
