People who are with allergy should pay attetion with this product as it may contains milk, egg, soy , wheat , shellfish , fish tree nuts, peanuts and sesame . If you want to improve your mund , body, performance , take theses. The product is from America. The size of the product is so big , if i take 2 capules per day , i can take this for 3 months .How long you can finish a bottle , it depends on who many capsuls do yoz want to take . The quality u cant say it is good or not , i need to take it for a ling time and tell you. Ingredients it has 1000 mg of TMG (Betaine Anhydrous ) It suggests 2 to 4 capsules 1 to 2 times per day . I take 2 capsules a day , before afternoon and dinner .
