I tried this supplement for a few months to see if it can help to settle my skin ichy problem due to allergy symptoms, the dosage I take is 1 capsule everyday with foods, I found that my ichy problem can slowly be released, it is there for I continue to take it, the quality product with wize 480 mg per capsule is really good to me.
Good product, specially for the liver and prostate. It helps a little but do not expect miracles.
