This is the highest omega-3 supplement I’ve tried so far, and the quality really shows. My daughter accepts it easily, which is a big win, and we’ve been using it consistently for almost two years now. The only minor issue is that the white inner cap tends to stay in the rim when opening, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a very good product and works well when paired with inulin and extra virgin olive oil for the Nemechek protocol.

It tastes like fish oil. That's kind of a relief to me because it means it's the real deal. It is oily, had just the slightest hint of lemon over fish oil. It's smooth enough to not be too bad. I'm more of a texture person over taste, so the fact that it has oil texture is fine. I'm taking it for prenatal health so my kid comes out with a good brain and eyes. I'll know in 18 months if it worked.

This my second time using this brand and i was really satisfied with the potency that this product packs. There is not a strong fishy after taste or burp during the day. The Omega 3 benefits are known to us for the last half century so make sure yours are potent and pure!

these are supposed to be great quality omega3. the taste is ok, quite easy to digest too and did not bother me nor my stomach. I prefer this liquid formula to the omega3 I used to take (in capsule form). only downside is when I will have to travel and take this with me.
