I’ve been taking this 25mg iron supplement every other day, and so far, no constipation, no stomach upset—it's been gentle and easy to take. I like that it’s vegan and non-GMO. I do wish there was third-party testing to confirm the exact iron content, but overall, I’m happy with it and hope it stays well tolerated.
