Over the years I’ve tried so many pre-workout formulas. As an older male, I’ve learned that I perform best with a LOT of caffeine. The B vitamins here give another additional boost. There is no added creatine, which is great as I’m already taking it. Plus it has large amounts of other proven compounds to help me go heavy and hard. This formula has everything I need without the filler or artificial stuff. I also appreciate the big size and great value. The taste is fine but I usually buy whatever flavor is cheapest, in stock, and on sale. If there is a higher quality product out there with greater value then please let me know. Quality quality ingredients, tastes great. Effective and budget friendly, if you compare with Pre Jym pre workout, it is based on that but much much cheaper with very slight difference in ingredient but it still hits hard as it's efficient, start with half dosage if u haven't had one before. Beta alanine will/can cause tingling sensation, but it's normal, and your body will adapt to it. Nicely packaged, use frequently as past of you training routine to see results.
