Quality brand, I take it before or during training. One of my favorite electrolytes, Lemon, tastes significantly better. I'd give Mango a 5/10.

Best electrolytes I've tried. Powder dilute very easily in water and the mango flavor is very nice and not at all overpowering.

Taste is very good for an electrolyte supplement. Using in to refuel during my training mixed with some carbs. Also I think the price is reallly fair for the amount and quality you get. Very satisfied with it.
