Great quality and price. Maine coast Dulse was recommenced by Anthony William - Medical Medium, for its purity and health benefits. So I use it in the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothies for breakfast, as well as in soups, and sprinkle on foods for flavour and added nutrition.
I used to buy their smaller packs. The Dulse is big pieces, like dried Japanese seaweed. This big pack dulse are chopped finely. Doesn’t matter to me though

I buy these certified organic wild harvested Dulse flakes because they easily add so much high quality nutrition to soups, smoothies, dips, and so much more. I feel sea vegetables pack more minerals and nutritional value in their small size than that of land plants. They also have all 24 minerals, vitamins A, C, and various B vitamins(one of the few non-animal sources of vitamin B12), protein, fiber, and iodine. Seaweed protein is usually complete, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids required by humans. Sea vegetables are one of the highest natural sources of dietary iodine, even when eaten in small quantities. I recommend everyone try these tiny nutritious powerhouses.
I use this instead of salt, adding it to various dishes. The taste is wonderful, and because of this I consume less salt. It's also very nutritious.

i like dulse for its neutral flavor and blending abilities. this company is always consistent with its quality. i usually buy the strips in the 2 ounce bag but when that is out of stock, i use this. it works perfectly in the blender and adds complexity to any soup or base. i even used it in a hummus that i found to be too watery and it aided in thickening up the consistency. if you are lacking iodine and other vital minerals, this is a healthy alternative and option

This is the quickest way to make delicious hot soup. My homemade soup just instantly taste better than some of my nearby restaurants. Totally awesome, definitely buying it again! It would be great if whole dulse is available in bulk package too
The size is good value for money. I use it in smoothies and some bits are really hard. I use it because it is an important ingredient that takes out heavy metals from the body. Good value.
