I wake up fairly early. Usually in summer I go to the gym at around 7.30am and in winter time it's around 6am. When I wake up this is the first thing I take with a glass of water. It helps me energize and be ready for a ln early workout. I really like it especially when it's discounted :)

One of the few ore workouts that actually work on me. Taste decent, has a little artificial taste. Works very effectively , gives so much energy and focus wihtout dizziness. Love it. Definitely going to order more, but do not recommend to use it daily. I use it only on leg days.

It works. Gives you a good pump prior to a workout. I am on the fence about continuing using it after this jar though due to some questionable ingredients in the product. Lots of fake sugars, which are showing to be detrimental to health. If they remove these and replace with Stevia would be a huge plus. Lets see what happens. Thank goodness the prevalence of Red 40 has gone away though, that is a good start.
This preworkout was quite good but nothing spectacular. On most days it did the job and gave me some extra energy and focus. But i noticed if i was too tired, the preworkout didnt have enough to drive me through a workout with much energy.
great workout product. delivers a quality formula and taste. last few hours, so perfect for a workout at the gym with your energy needs. flavour is nice. does take a bit to mix. A Milk frother does the trick. Spoon they is included in the package is convenient, and to measure the right amount.
