The pre-workout formula from NOW Sports provides a solid energy boost and focus for training sessions. I noticed improved performance and no crash afterward. However, the watermelon flavor wasn’t very pleasant—artificial and overly sweet for my taste. Overall, great results, but I’d prefer a different flavor next time.
