Good quality tapioca flour. Organic single ingredient. I like the fact that it is in a plastic container that I can easily close without needing a rubber band or some kind of tie as with a plastic bag version. I'll buy again

both the quality and ingredient of this organic coconuU7t flour are good.. it's tasty when use it to make keto breads, tortillas. etc. big size. Also, coconut flour offers some health benefits, including minimal impact on blood sugar levels and low in carb.

I like that it is very low in carbs but not yet used in my keto baking . But the smell is fresh and the color is bright and natural
