Easy to take and much easier than drinking a lot of salty water

It is hard to find a tablet of just sodium chloride. Now i can rest assured i can get enough sodium on the days that i don't consume salt. Too low sodium (hyponatremia) can occur without some form of sodium (supplement or through food). Also the number of tablets is very decent.

Very grateful that iHerb sells these. There’s no nausea when taking these. The price is also pretty good compared to other supplements sold for POTS or dysautonomia.

Could not get enough salt to raise sodium level in blood. These pills help me do just that. They are tolerable, simple and effective. Not a problem eveyone has but something something someone check when they move away from processed foods.
