Ferrous Sulphate + Vitamin C, 250 Coated Tablets

I've been taking these for over 6 months and I am technically no longer anemic! My ferritin levels were so low that my Dr almost had me schedule an infusion. My levels are now back to normal thanks to these supplements. Many others I have taken hurt my stomach. The coating on these is essential for sensitive stomachs. I take these before bed and experience no discomfort. Great value and I will be keeping these on auto-refill

my iron level is on the low end of normal, so my Dr recommended I take iron as ferrous sulfate. these pills are a good size to swallow down, minimal metallic taste. no constipation or stomach upset. I take them every other day and am very strict about not taking them with food or caffeine so hopefully I'm getting maximal absorption.

I've taken iron before that's made me sick. these don't. I do take them after a meal though. I'm taking them to fix my blood work numbers since I'm anemic. will update if they work
