This probiotic is supposed to help with losing weight which is something I need to do. I'll see if it helps with the gut microbiome and see if it benefits absorption of food.

I’ve been taking Lactobacillus for a few weeks. It helps balance my gut microbiome, improves digestion, and reduces bloating. My stomach feels lighter and more comfortable.

Good size capsule, in bottle package, seems fresh, easy to swallow. Use for making yoghurt, turned out well. So may be good ingredient and quality. Have no sibo and been health eating anyway, so mostly for sleep benefit but helped in week 3-5, makes sleepy, then no effect onwards (possible cause - longer summer days). Might help others for go it healing.
