I tried to use this supplement and after three days I just couldn't take it anymore. It's way too sweet. Unnaturally sweet. That "natural berry flavor" has got stevia in it. Vitamatic told me so, after being asked.
The quality is great. The dosage is small. I take b12 to help regulate my nervous system. Taking it also increases my energy. Tastes great
I use to be b12 deficient and I’m feeling a little off and down like there’s something wrong. This time my tests came back fine and I’m not deficient but I still got the drops. I take it in the morning and feel much happier and productive. It’s like motivation and happiness in a bottle. It might feel like I’m overreacting and maybe I am but if your feeling down go get your b12 levels tested.
Tasted good, seems effective, but I found it wasn't suitable for me to swallow. The ingredient sorbitol caused terrible IBS related stomach cramps.
