I took this collagen cause it’s easier to take in trips with me. Good quality ingredients. But it’s a little bit uncomfortable to take it cause need to take 3 caplets in one time but size of caplets are big. Package is good

The Hyrdrolyzed collagen has been helping with my joints and nails i have noticed my nails aren't splitting after taking these.

this is definitely a good product.it's hydrolize collagen with type 1 ao 3which is really good as we aged.you could feel the difference as you take it everyday tho' i stopped drinking it because the capsule is a little kind of big for me. and change tn a powder.
