For the amount of these that you get, it's a great deal/value. And they work! These are certainly effective for digestion, and I find that they help eliminate stomach noises.
I don't use this supplement on every day basis, but take it when I feel that can overeat potentially. Besides that my husband have really often heartburn after many dishes so he also wanted to try.
